2.14 Plot Size Adjustments

Let’s revisit the plot that we made showing fireworks at Lobster Land by day of week:

The x-axis labels are still readable, but there is some overlap occurring here with Wednesday, which spills over into both Tuesday and Thursday.  This could be distracting for a reader.  We can address this by changing the plot’s figsize, as shown below.  The first parameter passed to figsize() corresponds to the plot’s width, while the second corresponds to its height.
